I can't say as this is terribly exciting. You girls said I'd get hooked, but I don't feel any addiction as of yet.

Today was another boring day. I had to get up early so that I could drop my sister off at school, and then pick up Danit, Nick and Staci so that we could go to the U to finally get our textbooks. So we did. And then after dropping people off, I went to Staci's house and promptly fell asleep for the next three hours. I even dreamed in French. Can't say as that's normal.

I had to teach for the first time in months today. I have fifteen students this year at the Academie alone. That's going to be quite fun when I'm tired and falling asleep. Luckily, I may actually have time to nap between classes and teaching this semester for those (rare!) nights I don't get enough sleep before.

Kirsten and Staci then came over to watch Ned Kelly - not the best movie I've ever seen, but I swear it wasn't as hard to understand as Kirsten made it out to be. LOL I'm just kidding hon, I love explaining things to you. Anyway, we put Bourne Identity on, but none of us even pretended to watch that one. I saw the pics on Kirsten's xanga site; they're so cute, but no more of me are required.

On a side note, when I tried to get my diploma, they told me I couldn't have Jeff's because I needed 'permission' of some sort. Meaning I must remember to write myself a note and go pick it up some other time. As well as going to get my dry cleaning on Friday. Now that this has become my To Do list, I really don't suppose anyone would want to read it. Therefore, don't keep up your hopes that I will continue blogging girls. Sorry.

All right; Christine wants me to blog, so I will blog. For a little while, at least. I'm sure that the novelty will wear off soon, and I'll neglect this shamefully, but in the meantime, I've been going almost two days straight.

I can't say as I did anything fascinating today, either. I woke up, watched Bourne Identity (not too bad, really) and read. Then Staci called, so she and Danit and I decided we'd better go visit John before he leaves tomorrow, though as it turns out, he's not leaving until later in the week. We dropped off his super cool gifts, then left, because he was in a terrible lot of pain due to his wisdom teeth coming out on Thursday.

Staci and I then went to 168 for takeout, and were called by Jimmy, Casey, and Mike to go over to Mike's house. Jeff was there in spirit too, because of the whole webcam thing. They were even calling the webcam Jeff, for some odd reason which I cannot explain....but anyway. Ooh, I found a calling card that will give me 20 minutes of free long-distance calling today. And since I apparently only have one long-distance friend, I will eventually call.

I did talk to someone else for the first time in a while, though. I think he's pretty bored too, and a little homesick. Though I really wanted to leave Windsor for a while, it seems as though as lot of people who are gone would almost like to be back for a bit. Maybe it's a good thing I haven't left?

All right, so on my first (and possibly last) day of posting on xanga, I have nearly nothing to report. I did virtually nothing today, meaning I'm terribly bored. Of course, boredom could be considered to be my perpetual, natural state, so this is nothing new.

Jeff left for Toronto today, and I guess that contributes to the boredom factor. I actually do miss you Jeff, if you're reading - maybe it's the bit about 'absence makes the heart grow fonder'? Anyway, plans for tonight fell through due to the excessive blood from John's wisdom teeth being removed. Also, I didn't feel like driving anywhere far.

Thanks for setting this up for me, Christine. Hope you're not too disappointed with it. And thanks for your comment, Kirsten. LOL You guys are the best, but remind me not to count on Christine for remembering any dates.
